14 MO Prep and 12 MOD Composite Fill

#14 MO Prep
The occlusal outline is centered over the central groove, the CD0 fits perfectly, and the walls are convergent.  The occlusal outline along the lingual side is not straight but overall appears smooth. Pulpal floor and axial wall depths are appropriate.  Axiopulpal line angle appears a little rough and not quite parallel with external tooth outline.  There may be slight damage to the distobuccal side of tooth #13.

Next time:
- Keep linguo-occlusal outline more straight and smooth
- Converge the distal wall of the central pit
- Do not damage adjacent teeth

#12 MOD Composite Fill
Anatomy lacks definition. The mesial proximal box appears rough and discolored. Mesial and distal contacts are present but the mesial contact is rough and needs to be smoothed out. There is overhang on the mesial and distal boxes and shredded floss is found at the distal contact. Surface looks slightly rough.

Next time:  - I had open contacts when I placed the composite so I need to burnish to get better contacts.
- Remove over-hanging composite on both proximal boxes.
- Remove excess shreds of floss before turning in typodont.
- Smooth and polish better.
